The SlenderFit Fashion 3/4 insoles with built-in arch support and plush cushioning foam layer are the perfect balance of comfort and support in an ultra-slim design for lower-profile women's fashion shoes. The 3/4 length with tapered edge leaves extra room at the toes while the built-in metatarsal cushion alleviates pressure under the ball of the foot for greater comfort and protection. The metatarsal cushion features a natural grip underneath that helps hold the insole in place. The "S"-shaped arch design has a low, flat heel cradle that adds stability to limit excess stress on feet, ankles, joints, and tendons.

We offer free shipping for orders of $150.00 or more. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following day.

Our flat rate shipping fee for any order below $150.00 is $9.95.

Next-day and 2-day shipping is available.

We have a 30-day return policy, with a restocking fee and the cost of shipping, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@totalrecovery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received after getting a return authorization number, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
